The Capable Bride is our resource hub—great for inspiration, tips, and getting started if you're a more DIY-focused couple.

Do I really need a wedding planner?If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day—yes. Without a planner, you or a loved one will end up coordinating vendors, solving issues, and managing the timeline. We take care of all of that, so you can be present and joyful.

Can you tell me your prices?All of our services are customized. Every couple is different—so we tailor our packages to fit your needs. We'll go over everything during your free consultation to build the right plan for your wedding. You can see our starting ranges on our Services page.

What does full-service planning include?Start-to-finish support. Every full-service package includes customized vendor recommendations, budget tracking, site visits, contract reviews, timeline creation, and wedding day coordination.

Do you provide 'day-of' services?We don’t offer true 'day-of' coordination. To do our job well, we begin working with you at least 1–2 months before your wedding. This allows us to learn every detail and create a flawless execution plan.

What do you include in your coordination package?Our coordination package is for couples working with specific venues or vendors we partner with. It includes vendor confirmations, timeline management, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day execution.

What if I already know the vendors I want to use?That’s great! You may benefit most from our coordination services. But we’ll talk through your plans in our consultation and make sure you’re set up with the best-fit support.

I’m super organized and already booked everything. Why should I hire a planner?Even organized brides need backup. Who’s making sure the florist sets up your vision just right? Who’s giving all the vendors the timeline? Who’s making sure it all actually happens? We’re that person—so you don’t have to be.

Does the size of my wedding matter if I want to use a planner?Not at all. Whether you have 30 guests or 300, having someone manage the flow, timing, and vendors makes all the difference.
